CIMPA Steering Council in Berlin: 2024 Review and Selection of Future Schools

The CIMPA Steering Council met on January 30 and 31 at the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany. This meeting, held in a hybrid format, brought together council members to discuss CIMPA's future directions and projects.

Among the highlights of these two days, the council selected the CIMPA Schools for 2026 and reviewed the activities conducted in 2024. Participants also had the opportunity to discover the MATH+ project.

Issues of inclusion, equity, and diversity were also discussed, highlighting CIMPA's commitment to fostering a more inclusive mathematical community. Presentations by Andrea Solotar, Basile Bossoto and Intan Muchtadi, representing UMALCA, UMA and SEAMS respectively, enriched the discussions by bringing regional perspectives.

We warmly thank all Steering Council members for their involvement and the Technische Universität  for its warm hospitality.
