A New Governing Board for CIMPA: Four Years of Renewed Commitment

We are delighted to introduce the new CIMPA Governing Board, which has just taken office for a four-year term. This new team, composed of international researchers and academics, will continue and expand CIMPA's initiatives over the next four years.

As President, we welcome Helena Judith Nussenzveig Lopes (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), who will guide CIMPA's strategic direction. She will be supported by Sophie Dabo-Niang (University of Lille, France) as Vice-President, and Jorge Mozo-Fernandez (University of Valladolid, Spain), who will serve as Secretary.

Joachim Yameogo (Université Côte d'Azur) continues as Treasurer, ensuring financial stability and continuity for the association.

The board is completed by three individual members with complementary profiles: Cécile Armana (Université Marie et Louis Pasteur, France), Rahim Zaare-Nahandi (University of Tehran, Iran), who continues his commitment as an individual member, and Patrick Mimphis Tchepmo Djomegni (North-West University, South Africa).

This geographical and academic diversity will enable CIMPA to strengthen its international mathematical cooperation activities and pursue its mission of developing mathematics in emerging countries.
